Is this spam?
No. Each email is a short, relevant business message sent from your own mailbox, with you named as the sender and a working unsubscribe. We follow Australia’s Spam Act on every send.
What if nobody replies?
Often clients see replies every day, but the reply rate depends on the message and the offer. We work with you to test and find an outreach message that works well. There’s no contract, so if it isn’t working for you, stop.
Do I get a say in who you contact and what you send?
Yes. Before anything goes out, we send you the list of businesses we plan to contact and the first emails we’d send them. You approve both, and we refine them with you until you’re happy.
Is $99 a month really the whole price?
Yes. $99 a month including GST, billed monthly. No setup fee, no contract. We use specialist AI to write a customised email to each business, which is how we can keep the price this low.
Where do you find the businesses?
Public sources around your area, checked by your rep one at a time. We never buy or sell lists.
What happens if I want to cancel?
You can cancel any time before your next billing date. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, so emails keep going out and replies keep coming in until then. You can cancel from your account page at curlew.com.au/account. When you cancel, we transfer the domain to you, and the mailbox too if you’d like it.
